Two Cents Tuesday, fish edition

Alright you guys…it’s time for some Two Cents Tuesday. This is a delicious meal, that is super easy to make…I’m talking 5 minutes!  I got the original recipe from Pinterest….here’s the link if you want to check it out.  I’ve adapted it to make it even more simple!

So you’re going to need some fish.  My husband bought these frozen Tilapia Fillets.  I don’t recommend Farm Raised, but I’ll take what I can get.  I use this veggie mix from Trader Joes because it has seasonings already in it and some garlic butter as well.  The only other things you need are some Old Bay and a lemon (which I didn’t have so I used a lime).  I also ended up throwing in some garlic salt (which I forgot to add to the picture).

For those of you who prefer lists:
-4 filets of Tilapia (frozen or fresh)
-bag of frozen veggies (broccoli and cauliflower preferred)
-one lemon
-old bay, garlic salt
-oven at 375 degrees…you  may want to turn it on to start preheating it!

GO AHEAD,pin thisPut the fish in the pan and then sprinkle some Old Bay and garlic salt on top.  I also squeeze lemon on top at this point.

Cover up that dish with some foil and stick it in the oven.  If your fish is fresh, it should only take 25-30 minutes to cook.  My fish took longer since it was frozen….about 45 minutes.

It is soooo delicious!  Hope you like it!
