WOW! What an amazing weekend filled with so much joy and so many different seasons of life. The thing I love about this job is that you get to capture people’s happiest moments. In case you aren’t from the East Coast it was HOT this weekend, like 100 degrees and high humidity HOT. But you know what? Despite my sweat drenched clothes and frizzy hair, I stopped and realized what an amazing opportunity I have to get to be a part of all of these special moments.
On Friday, I got to see a former Arpasi Photography bride and groom! I met Kristin and Nate at Patapsco Valley Park in Baltimore County. It’s pretty cool that I got to capture their engagement, wedding, and now their maternity pictures!
Yes I did make a pregnant lady hike up to a waterfall…but it was so pretty!!On Saturday, I made my way down to Big Bear Cafe in Washington D.C.. Chelsea and Josh were surrounded by their closest family and friends in an intimate ceremony and it was absolutely perfect.
The best friends are the one that photobomb your wedding portraits most defiantly! Haha!Sunday night, I made my way down to Harford County for a mommy and me session. I can’t wait to tell this whole story…but lets just say that baby Madelyn is a MIRACLE baby. Like there is not way her momma should have been able to have her. It makes me tear up to think that miracles still happen and this baby’s life is one of them. We spent the first half of the session at their home and the second half at Mariner Point Park.
