Hi all…I know that it’s been a while since Two Cents Tuesday and I’m sorry about that. I feel like I’ve been running around like crazy trying to get things done. You know having an 11 month old, going to grad school, taking care of a house and a husband, being a good friend…it’s all hard to juggle with the photography business. But I really wouldn’t have it any other way.
Okay…now for the good part. This is a roast that I was always scared to make, but it’s super easy and delicious! I go to BJ’s and get a piece of meat…I think bottom rump or something of the sort.
Here are the ingredients:
-2-3 lbs roast
-1-2 cans of diced tomatoes
-1-2 envelopes of onion soup mix
Throw the carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. I didn’t have that much left but I threw what I had in there.
Put the roast on top of the carrots and potatoes. Mix the can of diced tomatoes and envelop of onion soup mix together in a bowl. If my roast is bigger I use two cans and two envelopes of onion soup mix, if it’s smaller, only one.
Pour that on top of the roast. Put it on low for 8 hours and eat! YAY! So easy!
