I was lucky enough to second shoot a lot last year. One of the photographers I had the privilege of working with was Rachel, of Rachel Smith Photography. I love second shooting because you get someone to bounce ideas off of and just to share the experience with from your perspective. I started the day off with Alex and the guys. Alex was still showering and not going to lie, I had doubts that the guys would be ready in time. But…they were! And they were a fun group too.
Look they had all the ties lined up this when I got there…the guys got to pick which tie they wanted. I was partial to the paisleys of course!
So after hanging with the guys, I went with the girls to walk Melissa to Alex for their first glance. I love walking with a bridal party because everyone is so nice! We walked across the street to the inner harbor for the first glance. Aww! Isn’t this the sweetest first glance??I took the guys for some pictures…I love that they all wore different suits and had different ties too!Can we take a minute to talk about Melissa’s dress! Isn’t it awesome??Then we headed to Elkridge Furnace Inn for a couple more pictures. The signing of the Ketubah was especially beautiful at this wedding. The rabbi reminded the couple to be in the moment and had everyone give advice and say blessings to Melissa and Alex. This ThiThis was actually the first wedding that I had been to where photography was not allowed during the ceremony. So…next to cocktail hour!Husband and wife!!
The picture on the right were of some wedding crashers…haha! Alex was totally cool with it 🙂
