Oh my goodness, what a crazy fun and crazy busy weekend! I got to meet and hang with 4 different families…not just that though. I was a little part of those 4 families lives in helping them remember something special and that is ALWAYS a pleasure. No matter how tired I was, just being around them gave me energy and got me excited that I could help them remember their story. Really, that is why I do what I do!
I started Saturday morning, spending some time with an entire family and their animals. I love that this session was at their home in Howard County. I get excited when I meet other families that live where I do. Anyways, here is a preview of everyone with their pets and the first grand baby…sweet Addy! After that I headed to downtown Baltimore to photograph an amazing couple! We were a little bit everywhere…started at Burkshire Suites, then to Saint Leo’s, then to Patterson Park for portraits and finally to the B&O Railroad Museum. F was smiling all day, you never have seen a more bubbly and excited bride!Sunday morning, I met Theresa and Jason at Lake Elkhorn in Howard County. I’m embarrassed to say all my years living here I had never been to Lake Elkhorn. It was a bit chilly, but still such a gorgeous morning! Jason and Theresa didn’t need much guidance, they were adorable and so lovey….not going to lie those are my favorite types of couples. People who let me see the real “them.” And…check out that ring!! WOW!
I ended my weekend with getting to see a family that I photographed last year. It is so neat to see a family grow and change and being able to capture that is so special. We had a gorgeous evening with beautiful fall colors and golden light. Can you believe that all three kids are smiling? Just like magic!
