Annapolis is a special place for Joe and Nicole. Joe grew up there and proposed on the East Port Bridge (which get featured in the photos, you’ll see!). Here’s their proposal story in Nicole’s words, ” On May 25th Joe graduated from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His graduation was in the morning and we had planned to go to dinner with his parents that evening to celebrate. As we were walking over the East Port Bridge towards dinner he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Immediately after we met his parents at dinner and I was surprised to see my own parents there waiting to celebrate. Right after dinner we went to a bar next door where Joe had organized all of our closest friends there to celebrate with us! It was a great evening. The celebration continued that weekend as we had already planned a graduation party for Joe but it became an engagement party too!”
The Engagement Photo Session
Nicole and Joe were just the sweetest. We got the chance to walk all around Annapolis….seeing all the sites. It was so fun and we got a gorgeous sunset looking over the water. What a perfect summer day for their engagement photos. Can’t wait for their wedding in just a couple of weeks!

I love seeing the way you capture Annapolis!! Plus these two look SO joyful! I love it!!
What a very Annapolitan shoot! These are all great, but I think my favorites are the ones on the bridge with the sun setting in the background.
